Appointment Commitment & Cancellation Policy

Chakras Nail Care & Reiki is a private, appointment-only studio, and your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I do not double book or rush services, which means that time is set aside exclusively for your care.

Because of this, last-minute cancellations are very difficult to fill. Your appointment time is important to both of us.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Whenever possible, more notice is appreciated.

Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

I do understand that true emergencies and unexpected life events can happen. If this occurs and your appointment can be rescheduled within the same week (as availability allows), the cancellation fee will be waived.

Please note: Not confirming your appointment reminder does not cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, you must contact me directly. Otherwise, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment.

Clients who repeatedly cancel with short notice or miss appointments may be required to prepay when booking future services.
