Appointment Commitment & Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment by text, phone, or email.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time.

I understand that life happens. Exceptions may be made at the owner’s discretion for emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.
